that is one of the best pictures i have ever seen of darrem chalres. i dont really read muscle and fitness to much anymore but when i saw this cover i didnt think twice about stealing it i mean buying it.

Darrem doesn't have what it takes to get the number one spot on Olympia night but he definetly has a look that billions of people admire and would love to have.

i beg to differ. He still is too extreme for most. IMO more people would rather look like a men's health cover model than darrem charles

Darrem Charles looks great, and his physique definitely has more mainstream appeal than a lot of pros, but I agree with Tony B, that he is still too big to have the goal body of a lot of people. Personally, I would love to look like him though. He looks great. Tight waist, lots of size, and shredded.

yeap definelty a great physique many bodybuilders would aspire to but not a lot of the general public. Then again people would much prefer darrem over ronnie
