In his interview for Muscular Development 3 or 4 issues back (with him on the cover) he admitted that he was not natural for that show. He said the doctors put him on testosterone to get his own natural levels back up after his surgeries.

flex has used synthol but if that pic is from 2002 than I seriously doubt that he has synthol arms on that pic

but it sure looks like syntol arms ^^
