i think it would be a really good idea if we made more sections regarding the servings sizes for all bodybuilding foods. (list calories, carbs,proteins,fat) per serving size. if you could put this together i'd definitely be in the best interests of all bodybuilders out there.
example:
8 oz. chicken breast (skinless) = 40 grams protein / 0 grams carbs / 0 grams fat
1/2 cup oatmeal = 5 grams protein/ 27 grams carbs / 3 grams fat
i really think we should put this together, considering nutrition is probably the most important factor in bb'ing. |
