I have watched this guy on the toughman competition many times. He's strong as hell but what you guys are not gonna believe is his diet. The March volume of flex had a whole interview on him with his workouts and diet and this is exactly what the man eats:
Breakfast: 10 eggs, 2-3 pounds of bacon, protein powder.
Midmorning: 3-6 Snicker or 3 Musketeers candy bars, workout formula drink
1 or 2 PM: Polish pork chops, sauerkraut, potatoes, protein powder.
One hour later: Amino acids, vitamins and other supplements, chocolate.
Dinner: A lot of meat, sauerkraut, potatoes, chocolate
ice cream.
Midnight: Protein shake, amino acids, chocolate ice cream.
3 or 4 AM: Chocolate
