To clear something up for the people who have been bickering about what a 600 bench is. Will think of it this way. The world record for raw bench is of all time just over 700. Eddie was amazing

lol am 300 pounds at 18 i could parly bench 3 plates for 2 reps on incline its fucking kiling me....but i powerful on the legs couple of months i did 5 plates and 25 pounds squats for 2 reps.......and i have also done 5 plates full
dedlifts for 2 reps.now i could prolly do 6 plates deadlifts for 1 rep..but seriulsy am weak on the bench press..

didnt some guy bench pressed 1000 pounds....i remember that i saw the video on muscle mayhem forum....
