What I meant was, I played Pac-10 sports and was in a top collegiate level Strength and Conditioning program designed to maximize strength. I was trying to emphasize the environment also. Lifting in a weight room where the smallest guy(5'7", 140 lbs) is benching 285 is a lot higher intensity with a lot greater support and competition than a lot of lifters(not all-but a lot) experience in their local gym.
