yes definitely once you get that low on BF. especially the first time your gains come so easily for a while even this time.i have gained 31 lbs in a week and 2 days and Im still at 8.2 %

Thanks for asking bro.Gotta admit Im kinda frustrated so i havent bothered searching for the thread to update it lol.Kinda hoping the thread would get thrown in my face so I would sort of feel obligated to update it haha. I placed fourth which they dont even give trophies for just a damn plaque.
Have to admit though There were some great guys.This was a huge show 172 competitors people flew in from everywhere to be in it.
4th out of 12 isnt too bad I guess and in masters I got 5th out of 13.Now in masters i think i was robbed.I shouldve placed higher.I just dont know what these damn judges are looking for now and days.I out massed some of these guys and was leaner than some. I know my posing isnt as good as some so maybe thats it who knows. I am still satified though.I am bigger and harder than I have ever been before its just that on this night there was others that were still better than me.
