I've fallen and I cant get up!

Yeah no motovation, I don't know if its just me but latley past two weeks.
I've had no motovation what so ever to want to go work out, how do I get back in routine, how do I motovate myself enough to want to say Lets go workout, " i use to always two weeks, I use to not be able to wait to workout " Maybe i'm just getting old, lol just kedding im only 19.
BUT HELP, does this ever happen to you? Should I just slap myself and go workout?

well i believe we all go through this, i know i do, generally when i have these bouts of doubt, <<haha that rhymes,.. anyways what i was getting at was its normal to have this happen, best thing is to do is pick a workout you really enjoy and look forward to hitting it, try watching some bodybuilding videos see if that motivates you to get your a.ss into the gym

Thanks for the advice, def watching videos of sick workouts gets me motovated lol, haven't thought of that thanks for the tips, and reassuring me that it's not only me lol.

this time of year can really get you down & out about going to the gym, with the weather changing, football, baseball & allergys you just really have to push yourself.

start off slow, maybe even just rock some cardio at first. i have times where if i miss 2-3 days, im really dreading going until i get there. get the blood flowing and it usually helps me break the funk im in

Think of all of the paralyzed or handicapped people out there. I'm sure a lot of them want to be able to do what we do, and look the way we do. I always think this way, and remember never to take my abilities for granted. That's all the motivation I need.

Talk about the perfect timing for a thread, I have been feeling the same way, I was sick for a bit, So last night I went down and blasted my arms, always seems to help motivate me, when I see my gunz pumped. :)

Bodybuilding vids really help me too :)
