Guys, I've been bulking for about 2 months...Well trying! Ha. I'm still at about the same weight and size. Im 5'11, 155. Im losing my abs and my strength is not increasing, and im less defined which im guessing my BF is High...Anyways Im not eating the best, which i know becuz i have work and school everyday then homework. I get about an hour at the gym every night and about 7 hours of sleep. I know all of what im doing is bad, so I want to start Fresh.
When I first started working out I did upper body/ lower body split and got huge results but I think it was just the initial gains...Now im more specific and for about the last 8 months have been doing chest/ tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders/ forearms...with little results.
So my question is. Should I go back to my first routine and hope that helps?
And I was told for my weight I should be eating 6 meals a day and 400 calories, 30 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbs, and 5 grams of fat each meal, Does this sound good?
I'd really like to have help on my workout and Diet if any1 could help. THANKS!

BTW I have a goal, I think this guy is a Douche, sorry, lol, but his body is my goal. Here's a pic. http://www.twilight-new-moon.net/wp-...n-New-Moon.jpg

Read that. Then, read it again. Then, ask any question(s) that you have. That article by Freak is excellent and should really help you out. If anything is unclear or just not said period, let me know, and I'll be more than willing to help you out.

6 meals x 400 cals each = 2400 cals a day. Double that and tell us you're not gaining weight lol.

That's only 180 grams of protein and 240 grams of carbs per day. Nowhere near enough food for bulking. I'd recommend around 250 grams of protein and 350-400 grams of carbs. Try a combination between simple and complex carbs and see which one benefits you the most

Cosign. You have 10 lbs. on me, and I eat more than you do. I would up it to like 200g pro, AT LEAST 350g carbs, and AT LEAST 50g fat. Fats are easy to get. I've found it easy to get extra carbs by adding more to your post-workout shake, so you could give that a shot. 75g-125g should definitely be enough, PWO. And, remember, bulking isn't a time to eat junk food and get fat. You can keep your bodyfat gain to a minimum while still packing on plenty of muscle. Just be consistent, man.
