Your big compound movements are the way to go for some good mass. What are your stats?

i used to do the same, and recently switched to a upper/lower split 2x a week each. to gain mass, you should be doing something like a 5x5 with heavy weight. 15 reps 3 sets is probably done at a weight that is fairly easy for you, bump up the weight and lower the reps for mass.

i do traps, forearms, and lower back on my second leg day (hammy concentrate with deads etc.) bc they are being trained anyway. i do core work twice a week, once with first leg day (quad concentratre) and once on an 'off' day

One of the best routines ive done that keeps Boredom at bay best is Power RepRange Shock, PRRS for short, its a great routine that changes every week! look into it
