Well its time again to congratulate our newest winner for the MOTM ,

Freak, aka Brent,
I have to say this is a honor , Brent has helped me on my diet and general nutrition guidance more than anyone else on the forum,
Last year he went out of his way to help me along on my cut, even as far as calling and offering support, along with his collage and social life he still made time for someone he only meet through a on line forum, I still Thank you Brent for everything you did to help me along, you are a one of a kind bro!

Anyone who has stories about how freak has helped you out, post them with your congratulations, those of you that know him just from his various helpful posts, then take the time also to offer your congrats,

Brent, I`m sure your shaking your head right now saying you didnt want this award, but the members have spoken and YOU are well deserved of this award, CONGRATULATIONS my friend!!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad so many feel that I've helped them out. Now I'm on a set schedule with work. - weekend nights (fri, sat, sun) 7p-7a. I have no excuse not to be on more. Anyway, thanks.
