I went to my local gym after been working out hard
for 3 weeks i noticed my muscles we re getting tense
and that i had 3 instead of 1 vein on my forearm i was
training for about 1 hour and a half i noticed that i felt
blood tingling in my arms that they we re about to explode
i said to myself ill do one more set of arm bar curls as i

yea it was a staged docudrama. There is a two disc set I have one is pumping iron the movie and the other is called "Raw Iron", It tells you how the making of it went and parts they cut. It also has a reunion of a lot of the cast members in 03 I think. Id have to watch it again but the T shirt thing was total bull the scene of them playing football and talking about hiding it was actually shot after they returned from south Africa.
