Aw TR, you beat me to it haha. I was going to chicken and rice though. Seriously though dude, you don't need a pre-made weight gainer IMO. Do what stalion said, that's what I usually do if I'm in a hurry or on the go. Usually those gainers are not quality sources and overpriced. I used Serious Mass and it was alright, but nothing is going to better than real food. What I do is grind the oats in a coffee grinder so they blend better into the shake. Takes a little bit to get used to because it is still a little "chunky," but after a few shakes, you'll be good to go.

IMO Cytogainer. i love the taste, the amount of protein (50g per serving) and the results. My first summer taking it I gained 20lbs while taking it 3 times a day

Weight gainers are a temporary solution to a permanent problem.
Nothing can beat real food.

Yeah no doubt they are pricey. But it's cheaper than a meal!

I'm in the progress of trying to find the best bang for the buck.

I think the cheapest way to do it is to just buy whole foods. Any inexpensive gainers aren't going to contain very high quality products and frankly you can get more bang for your buck with whole foods.

Agreed. If you're tight on money, weightgainers isn't the whey (get it?) to go. You'd spend upwards of $50 for a months worth of weightgainer. think about how much extra chicken and beef you could get with this $50

I like a weight gainer because it's easy to throw down at work.

definately agree here, i use them for meals on the go as school work and family require me to get up and go when i dont have time, not to mention some gainers like Universal Real Gains, Real Mass and True mass, come to about $2 a shake which is what the cost of JUST CHICKEN would be in most meals!

i do shakes VERY often and its sooo damn cheap!

my opinion is Real Gains by Universal

ON's Complex Pro Gainer is GREAT!!!!!!!

I've noticed my recovery is up. and I feel more power during work out's. It has 650 cals about 80 grams complex carbs and 60 grams of protein per serving. A 10 lb bag runs about 55 bucks. Well worth it IMO. Plus it taste like a milk shake...Its so good. Yes I'm talking about a weight gainer haha.
