I've changed my diet to somewhere between 3000-3500 caories not exactly sure. Heres my eating routine:
breakfast 2 egg whites, 1 full egg, 1 bagel, glass of milk, and 1 pack of oatmeal.
brunch Choco milk, protein bar, some fruit
Lunch 2 turkey sandwhiches, wheat bread, milk n water/ or ill have pasta and bread
After school 2 chicken breasts, no bbq sauce, milk, water, broccoli
Little while later little snack Peanut Butter and Apples
DINNER! YES!!!!, One of these 3 every night...Salmon/chicken/steak + veggies

This is what I have been eating for about 2 weeks....Not gaining weight at all!
After dinner i feel full and look big/ full but by morning, back to my skinny body...

I was taking Serious mass but I want some better stuff mayb just plain whey? Any suggestions?

Also I was taking mono but I dont really wanna take any creatine supp...

Any suggestions would be awesome! BTW. I work out 4 days a week, im 17, 5'10, 155lbs, and 6% body fat. hahah

Dude, you're eating like a bird. Eat between meals and jack up your carb intake.

Example:

For breakfast, try 6 full eggs, Glass of milk, and 3 oatmeal packets. It's not that much food but will pack on more calories.

For easy carbs try whole grain cereals (Muesli type is good) and rice.

From what you're eating there, you're probably barely even making maintenance calories. I'm in the same boat as you, but I eat tons and I'm still not gaining, so I know how frustrating it can be :)

need way more protein here, make it 6 whites and 2 whole,

Need complex carbs here

depending on how much turkey your eating this is fine,
After school 2 chicken breasts, no bbq sauce, milk, water, broccoli

actually 1 chicken breast would be fine, along with complex carbs, the veggies are perfect!
Little while later little snack Peanut Butter and Apples

if this is pre workout, you would benefit with some whey protein or some sort of protein
DINNER! YES!!!!, One of these 3 every night...Salmon/chicken/steak + veggies

great dinner, salmon is excellent, but again your missing complex carbs

where is your bedtime protein? casein or cottage cheese would be ideal right before bed,

highlighted what you could change, just from looking at it just a few tweaks are needed, such as more complex carbs, especially if your trying to grow, and even out your protein intake into each meal, along with something right before bed,
