just wondering hw do u all deal with after a competition, i meen getting back onto a strict diet bulk, mentally getting back ur focus after being dieting for 20 weeks for a comp then having some time off afterwards. do you find it hard? i found tht before i started my prep i was very strict and extremely strict in my prep bt afterwards its almost lik im used to eating something **** everyday, i meen all my other meals are fine, basically wat i was eating on my prep bt iv fnd tht theres a a craving for pointless ****ty food, im still determind its not lik iv lost my focus because i love bodybuilding and im going to be the best i can be. Also my old lower back injury is back again, so thts put me out of training for a week now which is really annoying because all i want to do is get back in the gym an bring up the areas i need an make the improvements. anybody any thoughts?
