ZMA is a small-scale product, I would compare it to creatine at it's best. It's a sleep supp like Arginine or
casein. Do not put so much faith in supps, do that with food, rest and intensity in the gym and a positive mindset.
As for raising test, bro being 17 you've maybe not even hit your peak yet. Your body will never again produce as much testosterone so just keep the diet clean and big, eat and rest, don't worry about raising your test levels for at least 6 or 10 more years.
