Well guys, to be honest.. I don't dig too deep into this whole 'n' word thing, what's done is done and history is history. We can't change everyone in this world, my father is racist himself and that's a side of him that doesn't make me proud, but I can't change the way he thinks because that's the way he was raised.. he grew up around all these ideas and as much as I try to make him understand (I have), he just doesn't grasp it...
So I guess we can call it heritage/hip hop culture/bad parenting/ignorance... whatever you want to call it- if you are in a life or death situation and your life is on that person's hands, everyone's the same color to you.. Why should it be any different in a subway, in a restaurant, in the office, in the street? People need to wake the fuck up.

Look, here's how it is. If you let that word get to you so much, then you're just being defeated by a word. A FUCKING WORD. What's a word gonna do? Not put food on your table? Kick you in the vagina/balls? Is it gonna like rape your dog and shit in your hat? NO! It's a word. If you let words defeat you, then you're letting intangible things affect your life. You're letting other people take you over and you're being weak. All in all, if you let a word destroy you, then you're going to be destroyed. That's essentially what the black people did with it. They took a word that made them feel belittled and then molded it into a word of comradery. They took bad and made good. It's still a word about ignorance at heart, but when they made it into nigga they took an injustice against them and made it into a term of endearment. Yeah you can call me racist and you can call me w/e you want. You can feel how you feel about what I said and I'm not going to take it back. I stand by what I said and I'm standing by what I say now. It's a term of ignorance and anybody can be one. It's not about race, but it has been used in the past as a racial term. BUT if you give that word the power to destroy you, then you are weak. If a word can destroy you, what can a person do to you? Don't let words destroy you. Don't let them bring you down. If you do this, then why are you still here on this world? Words can't hurt you unless you let them. So let it go, man up, and let's move on with this forum and stop focusing so much on a god damn word and start focusing on what we're here for, bodybuilding.
