omg what an incredible workout i just had. day 1 back in the gym after the bnbf northern an iv bin fired up to get back to packin some serious size on ready for my next show in a year. so i trained front + middle delts, triceps an traps
did seated dumbell press followed by lateral raises and front raises. then overhead dumbell extension, rope pushdowns skullcrushers and tricep dip machine then finished of with dumbell shrugs. was so pumped up it was amazing, so glad to be back in the gym and feel lik im lukin the best iv ever done (obv nt as lean as comp day bt lean enough), anyways just fort id share tht with everyone lol

only a week, bt it was a weeks binge an also the week prior to the show was jus touch up work nofin to hard lik so i class it as 2 weeks off, reeli gt the drive back in the gym now, nt tht i lost it bt its ther even more now

that's what I'm looking at...taking this week off. I might do a little something light thursday but I'm trying to focus on recovering!

Man after shows you have some of the best rebounds ever.I went from 175 lbs @ 4 1/2 % bf to 211 @ 9% in almost 4 weeks.I was loving every minute of it.I felt better than ever

yea its mad, iv put on lik 13lbs already in just over a week but i still luk in good shape, waist is lukin even smaller for sum reason lol not complaining btw haha, definitely gna stay lean as possible this offseason

LOL, I weighed 174 today->12lbs heavier than on stage! Today was my first day back...I took over a week off (about 10 days) because my wife and I went to Dallas without the kids! First time alone in over a year!! So I guess I kept my cardio up at least...anyway, I felt a little stiff but I'm sure that will pass after a couple days...trying to hit 200 by 2010!
