omg what an incredible workout i just had. day 1 back in the gym after the bnbf northern an iv bin fired up to get back to packin some serious size on ready for my next show in a year. so i trained front + middle delts, triceps an traps
did seated dumbell press followed by lateral raises and front raises. then overhead dumbell extension, rope pushdowns skullcrushers and tricep dip machine then finished of with dumbell shrugs. was so pumped up it was amazing, so glad to be back in the gym and feel lik im lukin the best iv ever done (obv nt as lean as comp day bt lean enough), anyways just fort id share tht with everyone lol
