Hey guys. Im having real problems at the moment with my training. Ive never been one for diets as i was really just going to the gym for something to do. Now im getting a bit bigger and stronger i feel i now need to start dieting and supplementing my diet. Any thoughts on what i could have? Im on a budget so no steaks over here lol.

I also think the heat and humidy have a part to play on this too. I want to train and have the motivation to train but just hit my failure boundry way too quickly. Im proably pressing about half of what i can which is frustrating me even more. Ive recently just bought some creatine and aminos too to try and give me a little help but my diet just doesnt suit. Any tips? I seem to have always recovered really quickly, protien or no protien.

Also sorry for being so inactive for like ages lol. I kinda lost interest in bbing and training altogether for a few months. Hope ill be back for good now.

Any help appreciated.

Diet: I'm going to assume you are bulking- chicken, brown rice, sweet potatoes, turkey, beef, fish, oatmeal, eggs. Lots of it. 6-8 meals a day. What's your body weight and body fat %? This will help determine what your macros should be for the day.

As far as the heat and humidity, do you feel it's affecting your diet or your training? Or both. I can see how it would affect your training, but I'm lost on the diet aspect of it. You train inside?

Hope this helps, and I'll see what else I can do when you tell us a little more.
