how do i stop getting emails from this site

every thread ive posted in and then someone else posts in i get an email from this site............why would i want that? how do you stop it becuase ive got important emails and i cant find them through hundreds from here

Go to "User CP," then to "Edit Options." You'll see it on the left hand side. Then scroll down and read through everything, you'll see a little tab that you can open, and choose "No email notification."
