Yeah, I should probably clarify: I was in no way saying that all big guys know what they're doing, nor did I mean that "small" guys don't know what they're doing. Most of the time though, it's the "small" guy that acts like he knows what he's talking about (i.e. "squats are bad for you") yet has chicken legs because his leg workout consists of leg press and leg extensions. Like Mike, I'm not huge, but I know what I'm talking about (for the most part), it's just hard putting all that knowledge to results sometimes (genetics, etc.). And in no way am I making excuses, just sayin.
