I didn't know there were specific height gaining programs... I can't imagine that they actually work. At 20 years old you might be done with growing, height-wise, so I'm not sure what to suggest. I don't think time off from the gym would make you grow taller though.

ya i wouldnt think any program could make you grow lol and the stopping the gym would do nothing.....just keep hitting the gym and get wider instead of taller

gotta cosign with kaboom - is this for real?

and, if you really want to know, can't you get an xray and determine if your growth plates are done - meaning you are done growing.??? either way, sounds hopeless man!

Bro, I'm 5'2 and 170 to 172lbs with sub 10% bodyfat. This height is amazing for powerlifting and bodybuilding. It's all about self-esteem and confidence.

ive grown an inch in the past year. men stop growing in the mid to late twenties. it depends on if youre an early bloomer or not most times. its possible to have a growth spurt at any time up to your late 20s

Dude being shorter has alot more advantages in the weight room. All of my buddys that competed in weight lifting always kicked butt because they were 5'4-5'6. 130 pounds benching 275+. Pound for pound thats awesome!

Venkey, respect for sharing this. The first thing I would ask you is why you want to grow taller? The second thing I would say confidence comes from within. It doesn't matter if its trying to hook up with women or attaining respect from your peers. I am 5ft 7" and now 250lb with bf around 12 and even though I am an old git, i still get looks from both sexes, so my advice is to accept that you may not grow taller, but don't set out to prove that you are just as good as anyone else, develop your own confidence by being your own unique self and KNOW that you are just as good as everybody else, if now even better

I'm 6'6 be happy with your height as its harder to put mass on at my height, if you're that bothered though there are those insoles you can put into shoes to make you a few inches taller.
