i got up to 215lbs doing that diet for 3 months... gained some fat because i didnt do any cardio... finished that bulk with 15% bodyfat ..lol right now im 200lbs with 11%.. well that what it was when i got it tested not long ago.. but i think its bs.. i still look like ****.

wheres Furious D at.. he can tell you i look like ****.

Fahad--- four ounces is about 25 grams of protein (about the size of a deck of playing cards) We just bought a food scale, and the chicken breasts (one side, no rib meat) weighed from 6-12 ounces. Hope this helps

My hand is 8 inches from edge of palm to tip of finger. This should give you a point of reference. This piece weighs 10 oz and has about 63 grams of protein.

That's a whole lot of clean food! At which weight did you start with that diet?

I liked it, only 2 cans of tuna would be too dry for me and those chicken breasts looked raw (don't u grill them)?
