I doubt it'd show up in a tox screening. I know you were joking, but it got me thinking. It's sterile oil and basically yes it does dissipate over time, it will stay in there for a while. Typically it's used for stretching the muscle fascia so you can grow while it's stretched and once the oil dissipates you will keep your gains from synthol because there will be actual muscle there, but these guys over did it and probably weren't on gear at the time.
