Where do you shop? Theres two of us, and our bill is about 300 bucks. A lot of eggs, oatmeal, chicken breasts in bulk, rice in bulk. What do you eat? Does that include supps?

600 for one person is way more then it should be. my mommy pays for my food! im on all the cheapest stuff anyway so its all good. mine is prolly 100 a month, my mom eats some of the stuff i eat so i dont really cost that much. prolly aroudn the same amount as a normal teen.

Canned tuna, thats my answer. costs about 80 cents a pice and contains about 37grams of protein and good fast.
With that said, my food bill is considderably lighter nowadays then before when i dieted on only chicken breasts eggs and whey protein.

think about it..it cost little over $15 for 5ibs of good chicken..

lets say i eat that in two days so thats 15 times $15 which is around $225 amonth just for chicken..i might drop the total figure of my food bill by $100.00..lets say $499.00.......now if i add all the rest of the food it'll add up..i might add that im 6ft 234ibs and growing..doctor put me as being 15% body fat right now...............just think of ronnies bill....
