I just turned 45 and for the last 30 years my only goal was to get bigger.
When I started I was 6-2" at about 150 lbs. I was so skinney that I was embarassed. I said to everyone that someday you won't call me skinney. So for the last 30 years I trained off and on then ate, ate and ate more. Now I am 6-2" and 300 lbs. Guess you could say that I am twice the man I used to be.
I think I had reverse anorexia and thought I was too skinney even though I was getting fat.
I now know that I need to loose weight and hope to get down to about 250 lbs.
Getting my bodyfat tested tomorrow and will use it as a base line.
My question is, do you think it is attainable to loose a bunch of body fat, but not drop too much weight? (assuming heavy training, medium diet and some cardio) |
