Okay so my diet has been extremely clean carb wise no simple carbs basically moderate to high fat oatmeal and brown rice. So after my workout I tried spiking my insulin and I think I added too much sugar to my lemonade mix causing my blood sugar to spike then fall really fast. I haven't been doing a lot of cardio infact none other than walking around brooklyn which i do a lot of. So with all of this factored in do u think me passing out and hitting my head on the doorway was a serious problem stroke or seizure... or do u think it was just a combo of being out of shape and low blood sugar. Sorry for it being so long but i would like to hear you're thoughts. Actually whaat I mean to say is it serious enough to go to a doctor cuz right now my private physician is in Buffalo and I would have to got to the ER which would cost like 100$ that I don't have. |
I have a reaction to simple carbs similar to what you are describing, I also have seizures, To put your mind at rest, you should see your GP, but here is some things to note about most seizures. You can experience a definative taste or smell before the onset, you make lose control of muscle and incontinence can occur. Most people with wake in a confused state of awareness and there are dangers such as swallowing the tongue and people will generally experience hyper salivation from the mouth. Flickering lights, computer games and even the computer can bring on the onset of a seizure, I went for ages without seeing a GP and blaming it on anything, so if any of the above symptons seem familiar, see your GP to at eliminate this from the mass possibilities it could be, Jim
