Definitely a challenge, but we'll figure it out.

My second question is: i cant use any supplements at all for the next 4 months due to medical reasons, any advise on how to make up for the supplements by adjusting my diet. I cant have meat very often because my parents are vegitarian so i cant have meat in my house. Please help! |
First question i have for ya is, are you a vegetarian yourself? If not, would they mind if you kindly approached them about having meat in the house? You can add that it is for the protein, and finding other sources is stressful -- maybe they'd be desensitized lol.
Second, where are you going? D1 is awesome, good luck and let us know how it goes.

As far as your body fat, you're in the low-mid 20's. If I had to quickly guess, I'd estimate 22%; I don't disregard the fact that under it, you have some development.
Here's the guideline you need to stick to: in order to lose weight, you need to be in a caloric deficit (take in less calories than you burn). Don't overcomplicated that.
First, before we construct a diet, I'd say you'd need to discover what the options are.
Protein:
Eggs, egg whites. Burgers? Fish? (if you can get some fish, protein expenditure will be much easier).
Carb sources are simple. Complex. Oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, grains, borccoli, other veges, etc.
Fats: oils, nuts (will aid in protein consumption), omega-3's.
Thoughts?
