How accurate do you guys think this thing is? It says I'm 10.6% but I would have thought I was a little higher. Does anyone else use the same one?

Caliper accuracy depends on the ability of the person taking it. I like to do the 7 site test and get a few measurements for each site and then take the average to get the most accurate reading. Hope this helps!

The 7 site test is what I had last time but this says it only needs to be on one place above the hip bone. My gf had a wellness test at work and they did the 7 site on her so I'm going to check her so when she gets the results back I'm going to check her with mine and see how close it is. it really depends man. hard to tell. i've always had the 7 site test done. sorry i couldn't of been more help bro.

Forgot to mention it will accurately gauge changes in body fat.
