Hey guys,

lemme give a brief intro, im 17 this year, 73 kg.

Just yesterday,
while playing rugby,
i injured my shoulder.

It seems that i wont be able to hit the gym for quite some time.
The problem is, i just started taking and loading creatine just last week.

What i wanna ask u guys is that, should i continue creatine use even when im not able to go to gym for like 1 or 2weeks?

Thanks

i would say to just hold up on taking it until u can train...there's no need IMO to take creatine while not working out!

Take it...There have been numerous studies that taking creatine while on a hiatus from lifting can prevent muscle wasting. Take everything you can to stop Catabolism. That's just my opinion. It's what I personally did when I got injured..My shoulder and Knee.

I'd also recommend to continue taking creatine since it helps in muscle recovery, it might help your shoulder heal faster, at least I think it should. Not completely sure tho, someone could correct me if I'm wrong.

+1, its cheap. I'd continue, maybe lower the dosage a bit.
