Hey guys sorry i havent been around... My family has been going through some things that required alot of my attention. So i didnt really have much time to post and look around in hear. Then my friend and his girl broke up so i have been spending alot of time with him. But anyways you should see alot more from me i hope. Oh and im getting my nipples pierced tommorow!

thats the best way to look at it, and you know you burn tons of calories when having sex so it could be the replacement for cardio

Yeah man for sure on that... When i get done lifting the last thing i wanna do is cardio. So instead ill go get laid cause im horny as hell after lifting!
