Whether it is for their personality, knowledge, humour, accomplishments, physique, attitude towards life and/or bodybuilding, massive calves or whatever the reason. Tell that person why they're doing a good job influencing you and others. Think of it as a bonding experience, not a popularity contest.

Who do you look up to/admire/respect from your dungeon brothers (or sisters)? I'll start:

julio40: of all the guys in here, I feel I can relate to him the most, although I don't know him all that well I think he's the type of person I'd like to have as one of my close friends, stay brolic hermano!

moorey: he's 48 and looks like 28 year old, his dedication and accomplishments make me feel like there's no excuse to just do what you gotta do, no matter what age. If I manage to have at least half of his physique at his age I'll be happy for years to come. Keep up the good work Jim!

There are many others too, but these are probably the top 2

Moorey - this bloke is a true inspiration, at 48 he has a physique that most 28 years would gladly have. He's always there for sound advice and can point you in the right direction. Keep it up moorey

Kenney - now kenney is the person i can relate to the most in this forum. He seems a lot like myself and if we lived in the same part of England im sure he would be one of my buddies.

Kirk + KM - these are two guys who i respect alot aswell, they both have a great insight to bodybuilding and are great lads aswell

I have to admire these guys for their own reasons:

Moorey- Dude looks fly for an older guy

Zacknight-the posting machine

KM-gotta respect him since he knows as much or more than I do but is like 8 years younger than me!

Ibanezman-this guy's hilarious, his monologues are some of the highlights of my reading time here at the dungeon.

the fireman Chris-always a good read, or a good source of inspiration

kaboom-he backs his knowledge up more than I have seen other than zir red

zir red-the living anatomy encyclopedia

And of course everyone else on the dungeon, you guys make this site unique and thats what makes me come back and keep posting!

(Apologies if I misspelled anyone's screen name)

Thanks to anyone who looks up to me :)

1qwert: Yep, he doesn't post too much but he has one of, if not the best physique on bbd. He's extremely intelligent, and has walked through bodybuilding since day 1. Ups and downs, still there for June 28th, to do damage. BIG respect.

JakeVendetta: My boy. Helped me through everything, had my back through everything and a great friend. Was/Is willing to sit down with me and help me with any questions I have.

Freak: My boy also. Helped me understand what I know about nutrition. Another great friend and is an amazingly respectable person. Respect.

Kirk: My boarding brother. Walked me through bodybuilding as I started getting serious and was there to help me whenever I needed support. Another good friend on here.

ZiR RED: Aside from his vast knowledge in every aspect of bodybuilding, he as well, sat down for hours with me to help understand some things I didn't. One of my idols, most definitely.

ZackKnight: This dude is so chill, 5'2" and brolic. Always looking to do better and improve in any way possible. Got this guys back no matter what. Much respect here too.

These are the big fish in my book.

Zack - honestly, i thought you were a jerk at first, but you're actually really smart and good at giving out advice even do extra breakdowns from newbs like me.

KM - intelligent guy, picks words carefully from what i've seen and asked questions about, he answers nicely.

Islander - answers questions in general terms, not using high level terms for my newb ass like others do. also keeps it real [i don't really use that phrase a lot, but i use it here]

ibanezman88 - was super kind to me early on [still is], really knowledgeable guy, struggles like everyone else, a real human kind of guy, not high and untouchable. I've learnt a lot from you man.

Bhana - can't forget you. also good general advice guy. now that you're my trainer, things will be tighter. 110% always, that's just how i am. doing the monday split tomorrow, it's also my high carb day in my cutting cycle, so it's extra fun.
