Flex is nothing more than a muscle-tech add.

Of all the ones I've read, I have to agree with Mens Health. Its got great nutrition info and it really doesnt try to pull the wool over your eyes or feed you bull**** though I think its aimed more towards getting and staying healthier rather than building up a significant amount of muscle mass.

the nutrition tips are great in there and it has a wide variety of other things it, but yes the actual muscle development topics do lack, but it has a monthly workout in it

I've read muscular development and it's a hardcore bodybuilding magazine, they talk openly about steroids and such, which the other magazines don't do. I still perfer Flex magazine tho, it's the first one I picked up back in 2003 and its kinda stuck with me since then.

Yeah pretty much, but it also gives a lot of tips to normal hardgainers like us, but even some of those can be bs, just don't believe everything you read. It's a great magazine though, you should check it out.
