FISH PANTS

So a few weeks ago I decided to carry my fish oils with me out to lunch. I just put two capsules in my poket. HUGE mistake! I guess one of them leaked, cause its wasn't fully busted. So my jeans ended up smelling like fish for a while.

Sprayed em with Fabreeze - that didn't do jack. Washed up with the rest of my laundry and now my bedsheets have a very slight fish aroma. The fish oils I purchased are really high quality as well, molecularly distilled. The label says take one-a-day but I take six. Lesson learned, keep em in a baggie.

my dad uses the caps, i use the oil lol, but yh i like squeezing them haha

Basically, most fish oil products dont provide as much of the Omega-3s that u actually need. Many products are contaminated with mercury, other oils (6,9), and toxins. So even though The product I'm taking says one a day, and it provides the true full amount of pure fish oil, this amount of Omega-3 simply is inadequate in comparison to the amount of Omega-6 & 9 the average human consumes. In short I supplement with increased amounts of fish oil for dietary balance.
