Welcome to the dungeon , i dont think there is any supplement in the world that would work on one area of the body. Give us more details about urself, Height/age/ training years/ workout routine and diet so we can help you more.

Do you want strength in your chest or u want to add size to it?

btw you can post this in the Training/Nutrition section.

First off welcome to the dungeon,

Supplements dont improve body parts, training and dieting properly does!
Before you worry about supplements making sure you diet is in good order. What is your diet like just now? and what is your training routine like?

What college are you at aswell? I may have some more questions for you about this but ill PM you with these in the next week or so if I do.

Again supps not going to do it they are just that supps.Once you start eating right and lifting regularly your gains will come. One supp you could def use is a good protein since you said you cany get what you need from the food there.Of course a multivitamin also.

Your probably expecting too much from supps, they can help but they wont make you gain 10lbs of solid mass in a matter of weeks.

As kaboom has said a good protein powder should help alot and possibly a weight gainer if your struggling to get in extra calories because of school however its seems as if your trying to lose weight which if thats the case forget the weight gainer.

Also creatine mono has worked well for me but it doesnt work for everyone so you could try it out and see.

If you looking for the best supplement to give you size " good gains fast like within a 3 month time" take steroids. I havnt heard or seen any supplements that would give that much size and get your waist down to 34".

when you say 6 years of training do you mean 6 years of putting all your effort? or just going to the gym once or twice a month and just do some upper body exercises?

Have you taken creatine before? cuz thats the only supplement i have taken and got good results with it.

you can also try BSN Turemass, it has 600 calories per serving(3 Scoops). about 60 g of carbs and 50 protein. Its a weight gainer, but on the other hand you want to get a smaller waist, well to get a smaller waist you need to do cardio, and eat clean and not lots of carbs. To burn the excess fat stored in around y our abdomen. hope this helped.
