How to fight Gyno?

If I am on a cycle of PH, and am worried about bitch tits, what can I take to fight that end of the spectrum?

depends what kinda gyno for prolaction

vit b6 at 300-400mg ed
vitex at 1-3 g ed

for regular gyno
nolvadex
aromasin
adex
letro

or you can try a really good otc ai called AIFM its supposed to be very good

I'm guessing for the stuff like nolvadex, adex, etc that would be prescription from a doctor, or getting it illegally. what about clomid? or does that do something different entirely?

my real question is what does AIFM stand for?

clomid doesn't do anything for gyno and you still need a script for it.

Nolvadex is the way to go for gyno

nolva is ok if your starting to get gyno but it wont really do much if your gynos there, the best thing for gyno is letrozle(fermera), aromasin, or raloxiene

if you're on a PH cyce now, get some nolvadex for post cycle.

or you could've ran adex on cycle to make sure not to get the bitch tits on cycle

adex would work to try and cure gyno but on a ph cycle aifm would be best to prevent gyno, it works very well
