The BBD Transformation Contest: 2008

Its that time of the year again where everyone wants to look their best for swimsuit season. Whether it be cutting down to reveal a nice formed six pack or it be bulking up to form a large attention demanding physique. What better way to motivate and push yourself then with a 10 week contest competing against other members of the dungeon in a before and after contest. To show our willingness to help out our members and to make the contest more interesting, each of you will be assigned a trainer chosen from our dungeon veterans.

What you'll be judged on:
1. Before and After Photos
2. Weight gained or weight lost

Its that simple the person with the most noticeable change after the 10 weeks will be declared the winner.

Guidelines/Rules:
1. Must have less then 3 years bodybuilding specific training experience; Unless you are coming back from a long lay off (>6 months).
2. Must be willing to commit to the whole 10 weeks
3. Supplements used must all be over the counter
4. Must be willing to work with your trainer
5. Before and after photos including a front and side shot are a MUST
6. Also included in the photos needs to be a photo with you and a News Paper or Magazine that exposes the date
7. Use the same lighting and camera for each photo
8. Weigh in and confirm your weight with your trainer each week.

Seems like a lot of rules, but really its mostly common sense, and keeps the contest as fair as possible.

The trainers:

4 BigBull
5 ZackKnight
6 Zir Red
7 Mindstar

These trainers will choose one of you to train and allow to be part of the contest. You will apply in this thread and they will private message you with an offer to be your trainer, you may either accept or decline their offer. After you find which trainer you'll be working with please post your name and the name of your trainer in this thread. As you realize there are only 7 trainers so there will only be 7 of you chosen.

The contest will start MAY 5, 2008
The contest will end JULY 7, 2008

SWEEEET this is a great idea hope i get chosen!!!!

What to include to enter:
1. 25/Male/165lbs/5'9"
2. Have trained off and on since 18 never with a specific goal, started full-time training in November '07 (bulked 148lbs to 176lbs from 11/07 - 3/08) (just started CUT 4/08 and down to 165lbs already, losing about 2lbs a week)
3. My Goal"s" is/are to:
-Get into Shape for eventual Competion hopefully next year
-I want to look in the mirror and see NO FLAB
-I want to reconstruct my DIET to be healthy
-I want to feel good about myself
-I want more energy.....
-Current goal is to Cut all the muscle i have built during my BULK and get below 10% BF
*4. Not sure of my BF % would guess around 12-15%
Supps = Currently just started using GAT JetFuel on Monday,
Whey Protein, One a Day Multi-Vit

1. 15/Male/189lbs/6'

2. I have trained now for 1 year and 2 months consistently. I also train American Football on the side and ive played 4 years of basketball and 8 years of soccer before

3. My goal:
- I want to be bigger and more powerful looking. Maybe more protective looking
- I want to gain a lot of weight so i can become the main linebacker

4. BF: I think 10-11%
Current supplements: MRM Whey, MRM Casein, MDY Amino Acid tablets, UN Multivitamin, MRM Creatine 1000 Monohydrate

Well most of you know my story but I'll recap.

-male
-20 years old
-5'10"
-166 lbs
-10% bf

-Finished my final exams last week, had to take about 1.5 weeks off
-Just had my wisdom teeth surgery on Monday(28thApril) and I can't chew solids yet.
-I've lost some weight due to exams/stress/wisdom teeth


I'm currently 166 lbs
-looking to bulk... for this contest over 10 weeks I'd say to 180
-I'm working through the summer but I plan on making a routine that goes around my schedule
-My previous bulk was successful, gaining 20 lbs over 5-6months
-I'm currently on a low calorie protein which should be finished in a few days, then I'm looking into a bulking protien
-I take my fish oils/multi vitamins/ and PLAN on getting back on my 5-6 meals a day
-looking to get BROLICC
-im an ectomorph

-oh and i'm a nice guy who most of you know and a hard worker

If you find someone you want, you can choose now. Or you could wait until everyone has entered, I plan on leaving this up until a day before the contest starts.

Remember this is going to be judged on the most noticeable change... for the better; and the judges... well they get to be the judge of that :-)

i think it would be good to know your trainer ASAP so you can bump heads and have a few days to prep your routine and diet with your trainer.....just my opinion, and also anxious haha

1- 18/male/185lbs/5' 6"

2) trained for 1.5 yrs , but only 6 months of serious dieting and workout routine.

3) to get my weight up to about 200 lbs, with minimum fat.


Ill put the effort to win this, and keep the competetion as friendly as possible. This is a great way to take your body to a next level, and for me i could feel a little but of getting ready for a real contest. I am sure this would be a great experience.

I will put 110% in this, so if any on you trainers are interested PM me plz. Im sure both of us will WIN.

Does it matter if the weight doesn't change that much but the conditioning changes at least? My body improves a lot without gaining much weight or losing weight at all.

Anyway, here's the information:
1. Your age/sex/weight/height
I'm 16 years old, turning 17 on June 9th, so my birthday will have passed by the end of the contest. I'm a male. I weigh roughly 138 pounds and 5'6? I am not 100% positive on that. I've stood next to people that are 5'4 and I was the same height or maybe a tiny bit taller. They said they got their height checked by their doctor and so did I so it could be around 5'5 to 5'6 or so.
If I never stopped my diet since about 2 or 3 months back, I should be about 150 pounds right now. But if I have something to work hard for, I'll put my heart into it.



2. Your training experience
I first started benching 2 years ago. For the first year, all I did was bench. Then last year, I slowly started to get into a bodybuilding routine. Now, I've got a pretty good idea on what to do and I train a few people in my school. So basically, I've been bodybuilding for 1 year.


3. Your Goal (s)
Currently, I am just maintaining my physique. I am trying to develop my muscles as much as I can without bulking or cutting, but
For this contest, I'll be cutting.
My long term goals: I plan on competing some time in a few years once I have my physique more developed overall and making sure I have no lagging body parts.


4. Current supplements your taking
I am taking no supplements at the moment, but I plan on buying a whey protein if I do this contest. Also, I'm buying a multivitamin soon.


As for the BF%, I'm really not sure. I would guess around 7-9%.
I can make some pretty good changes in a short period of time, too.
