why are we having 2 trainers anyways? There's more than enough people for everybody to have 1 instead of people being left out!!

So do we need to post up our trainees before pics or we just wait til the end and put them up with the after pics.Did we decide if it is a must to start a log or is it up to the individual teams?

I think the poses should be all the mandatory poses! Front relaxed, rear relaxed, and side views included!

You need to post before and after pics otherwise they cant see the tansformation. And in one of the pics of both before and after you need to be holding that days newspaper so their no cheating. Although i think its up to the team if they want to start a log or not.

Some cameras will let you have a watermark displaying the date and time in the bottom right hand corner

I love that expression relaxed while mandatory poses, hahaha, never relax even when stood at the back of the stage, believe me one step on that stage and your posing hard bro the full nine yards!

I know this Im asking if we need to post pics now or just wait and post them all at the same time?We post them now everyone can see what we are all working with or at the end and just compare them.I might just put the before pics in his log.

Man i praticed my posing yesterday for my show on the 31st and my quads are sore as hell today from holding all the poses.I bet i was posing for 40 mins.I cramped alot too.
