How to do an assisted spot for the "ego training" bodybuilder
Bench Press: to assist them with this movement, stand behind them and watch as the over weighted bar quickly descends to their chest, now for your involvement (use this as your trapezium workout) Grab the bar firmly and raise it back to the stands, while they arch their backs and kick their legs in a manic assortment of movements to raise the bar with you lol
The squat: The bar is loaded up with at least 20kg asside more than they can lift. stand firmly behind the ego trainer and be prepared for the 3-5 inch squat and in the event he ever goes down further, take youre arms put them firmly under his torso and lift him and the weight back up again lol
The weighted dip: the ego trainer place a dipping belt around their waist, loads it up with so much weight they need assistance to move, shouts and screams " light weight baby" for the heightened arrousal stage or just to let people know hes a prat lol. To spot the ego trainer while doing dips , stand closely behind as on the first rep they descend rapidly to the floor, nearly taking out their arm sockets, go red as fucjk at the bottom, then you grab their feet and using all the bicep, back and delt power you have to drag them back up lol
The Bicep curl: this is where the ego trainer overloads the bar to the extent where he can barely pick it up off the floor, bends his back more than a limbo dancer lol and shouts " one baby" at the end of the first and only movement with your assistance. To spot him, dont stand behind cos you aint no limbo dancer lol. Definately stand in front, place your hands in between his and be prepared to lift the bar single handed while he goes red as fuck and stalls the weight lol
Alternatively you can simply watch them struggle and almost kill themselves and when they struggle back off the bench,gasping for breath, you can shout" hard core baby" lol |
