Guys i am sure this has been said before but i can not find it and just wanted to put it out there. Why should u listen yes i am only 21 but have been lifting for almost 7 years and dieting consistantly for about 4 of those 7 years. I have worked as a personal trainnner and am currenttly working as an exercise physiologist doing rehab perscripton part time and studying physio therapy full time.

Wat i wanted to say

I read alot about guys taking all these pre work out supplements and all these state of the art recovery gear like it is goin out of fasion. we ae just putting to much emphisis on supplements. i mean i read posts by guys as young as 16 telling me how much there no oxplode ot shot gun working or not working. and young guys taking test boosters i mean give me a fucking break i mean u do not need to be an ex phys to know test rises dramaticly at puberty and keep goin up like crazy till about 23 +- 2 years. If anything taking boosters can dexrease energy and test level in young guys to to the large amount of extra metabolising the body has to do to remove it un needed testosterone if u do preoduce any at all.

Stick to the proven supplement
Whey
creatine (i do not even like young guys using this but if u have to... do no more then 3 month cycles)
take multi vit
and maybe some efa'a

why should u listen- like u guys i have been there spent a shit load of money on sups thay claim the world and wil turn u into a vascular monster in 2 weeks. Its does not hapen.

Train hard big basic movements full range of motion. get ur post work out meals and grow but most of all enjoy being young. Yes u can be a dedicated work horse but have fun while ur at high school. trust me it is one of the best times of ur life. PLus trust me no job will give u a lunch break ever 2.5 hours so u can sneak in a chicken breast or a protein shake.

I am not dissing pre workout or the next gen supps just think young guys get pulled into the marketing and i think every reasonable person on this forum wll agree that these give the best results once taken with a good training base to start from.

Let me know what u guys think agree disagree its all good

have a good one
lift hard eat big stay healthy

It's all about diet, then training, then supps. Take care of the most important stuff first and everything else will fall into place.

good post man

Yeah, it's a real waste of money in a lot of situations. But there is something to be said for the psychological boosts that supplements afford people. I know guys my own age and older that swear by certain supplements for better gains than they think are achievable.

Test boosters I agree are unnessesary to use.
