ok so i woke up this morning and i have this stinging pain in my armpit when i move my arm around.... studied my smelly pit for a little and found the pain is coming from a little lump in my arm pit and looking in the mirror its a little red and the size of a tic tac

pimple? in grown hair? or something more serious i should have checked out?

never had this before anyone else here ever had this happen to them???

Can be ingrown hair as you said, have you shaven recently? for me theres usually some white-loose skin ontop of my ingrown hair, which can be scratched away, you may study it a little further?

no have never shaved my pit.... don't see any loose skin on it either

no just a little redness and the bump....and it's just a slight red color not full blown lobster red

guess i should wait a day or two to see if a black or white head appears?

Personally I would wait and see what happens, unless you get some professional advice (which Im not) but I think you should wait 1-2 days

Nothing to worry about mate. BUT if it lasts more than a week and changes in any way ( size, colour, shape, discharge) or is aggrivating you, go a and see your doctor.
