Instead of throwing out exercises...mycrazeisu, here's a few questions to think about and explain:

1. What's your current routine? Include every day, not just triceps

2. How much recovery are you leaving from chest and shoulder days?

3. Current rest periods and rep ranges, include your current split volume.

4. Lastly, what current exercises are you doing for triceps?

The reason I ask is some people don't necessarily take into factorization that triceps are being worked through chest and shoulder movements, indirectly or secondarily. You also may be plateauing or "flat lining" with your current routine and/or rep ranges or volume.

As far as exercise selection, always include a lying tricep extension because of the recruitment of the long head of the triceps (head that is not recruited during presses).

Just some thoughts bro.

X2 those excercises worked wonders on my tri's. But everyone is different so try consulting with a trainer and try working a plan that will help you out and remember great tri's are hard to achieve. It takes alot of patience and making sure to get the full contraction in any tricep workout.
