that article is true BS. the guy who wrote it is probably a couch potato, who has never stepped in a gym and now its too late for him to lift, and wants ppl to be like him also.
it is said that you go by your mothers side but to be honest I dont think that is true, i know quite a few guys whos mothers side of the family are all bald, yet they dont even have any hair shed when they runs heavy dosses of aas. same with my dad his moms side is bald and he is 50 and has a full head of hair.
