LOL yep he does. He shaves it off normally, but it pisses me off when ppl say to me Ronnie's bald, when he's bloody not, lol...The amount of times I've had arguements with mates about it is incredible. I'm like NO, he has hair, he just always shaves it off, lol

Well I reckon the worst effect, the most severe would have to be "thinning" not going totally bald.. "thinning eventually leads to baldness" and or Acne.. "going bald" is a grave overstatement
