dead on bro, it dose reduce the risk of injury, but so dose lowering the weight on a reg dead

oh of course man, id never use the hex bar either, and do u or anyone know if the back is worked less, more or equal using his form on a straight bar compared to the traditional form with lowered weight?

i just think with a regular deadlift you are leaning much farther over so you have to hold your arms back and keep them from getting pulled out of socket lol

with a trap bar i see it like your doing a squat, but holding the bar in your hands instead of on your back, so i see it more as a quad/glute lift than a ham/glute/back lift

but i could be totally wrong
