So i was talking to blitzkrieg in the shoutbox and this question came up... if you could choose one part of your body to change, what would you change and why?
As far as function, i'd probably change either my arthritic left elbow or my crunchy right knee so they wouldn't be all weak and hurty. Probably the knee. Aesthetically, it's hard to choose just ONE... there's so much i'd want to change, lol. But if i had to pick one and only one thing, it'd probably be the bodyfat distribution in my inner thighs. It all seems to gather in that one place and give my legs a weird triangular look. I don't care if i keep some bodyfat, i just wish it was a bit more evenly distributed.
Maybe as i develop in my training, i might find something more specific that i'd want to change, like insertion points or
symmetry. What would you change?
