ok yesterday i did back and when i was done i felt a pain in my back, its a deep pain, i tried heat and ice it didn't work. 4 days ago i started taking creatine Mono and Kre-alkyn can it be my kidneys? im starting to get worried. I drink lots of water about 2 gallons day. Right now it hurted so much i had to cry a lil bit. i tell my parents they say u deserve it, "how many times we tell u not to lift heavy, ITS ENOUGH"

You could try it to see what it does, but I'd also get it checked out to make sure you know EXACTLY what it is.

also, the erector spinae muscles tend to take about 3 months to recover from what I hear

my parents are both doctors, and they told me i pulled the muscle cuz of over loading. so now im taking Diclofenac and applying ice 4 times a day. I hate it when i get injured. my mom says how many times i have to tell u not to lift heavy weights?? why are you doing this to ur self.

but it happens sometimes, u get injured.
