Honestly,,I wish there were, in fact, some of us wish there were! But the truth is - there isn't! If something as simple as a pill worked by itself, then how come nearly 80% of all Americans are overweight and around 40% are considered to be obese? Everyone’s looking for that quick fix or magic pill. There’re carb-blockers, fat-blockers, fat-burners, carb-burners, blah, blah, blah,,,you get the idea right..

All these things can help you obtain your health and fitness goals, but only in conjunction with proper nutrition and an exercise program including cardiovascular and resistance training (weights, variable resistance equipment, etc.). However, a very important aspect of all this is consistency of application.

I know you have heard that old saying and it sure is true "nothing worthwhile is easy". That’s for sure. You have to leave your "comfort zone" to grow and change in all aspects of your life. This is also true in your quest for health and fitness.

Listed below are 4 important things to remember:

1. Drink plenty of water -
Water is the closest thing to that magic pill you will get. It is without a doubt the most underrated and yet dramatically effective key to weight loss and, especially important in body fat reduction. Ten to twelve glasses a day of pure drinking water will help you get and stay lean!

2. Resistance training -
The more muscle you have the better you look and the faster your metabolism. When people diet without resistance training they lose muscle thus decreasing their metabolism.
This is the main cause of diet rebound. That is why diets alone don't keep the fat off!

3. Center your meals around lean protein -
Americans do not eat enough lean protein. They eat too many sugars, breads, crackers, sodas, candy, etc. Sugar raises insulin levels causing you to store fat not to mention numerous other health problems associated with a high sugar intake.

What about fruits and vegetables for your carbohydrate needs?

4. Take vitamins daily with food -
Multivitamins, multiminerals, antioxidants E, C, and A, etc. The way our foods are cooked, prepared, and preserved most of the vitamins are lost. Vitamins, minerals, and water are used in almost every process in the human body!

You have to be active early in life and maintain that mindset through life. You have one body, how you treat it early in life has a direct affect on how it will be later down the road. Do you want to be fat or fit.

For me that choice is an easy one. No Brainer here guys.

Chris

I dont want a magic pill I think if there were a magic pill you'll loose all the respect for this sport which is 100% dedication sport...
This sport is like no other it's not runing here and there and throwing a ball or anything(no dissrespect) this is about changing your life...If you're not 100% dedicated then you're wasting your time...

Magic pill? I wish no one will ever find one...This way we can all continue living year by year,Month by Month,Week By Week,Day by Day,Hour by Hour,Minute by Minute,Second By Second...Thinking abut our next meal about our next WO..With anticipation...

I LOVE THIS SPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very true Chris they want the "magic pill " or the " special secret training methods" we use and when you tell them its about consistancy with diet, exercise and rest over many years, they still think youre keeping some secrets away from them!

Well we are in a sense, we have the right or almost right combination to help aid us in your quest for the absolute best looking body.

I get asked that most often by my family member's..

WOW how do you do it: work, keep a family, firefight, be active and keep in shape.

It's a way of life for my wife, kids and me. I truly am the best built one in the family. Bar none.

I have a magic pill. Its called hard work. Im selling it for 75 bucks a piece though. If you buy right now, i'll add in 250 capsules filled with water so it will help you think the product is working.
