i get what u mean, i soemtimes get questions in the gym ppl asking for advise, or spot etc, yes there are days i dont feel good and i just want to finish my workout and get out! but for me helping out ppl who ask for help is fun, i wish somebody at our gym helped me out when i started!
But i respect ur opinion man.
