....Chewing tobacco!!!! I have seen the warnings seen the pictures, so dont start showing me that. I just was wondering if you guys knew anyways to get off of it? I have been chewing for a year and a half. Now its just time to friggin' quit. Plz help. Do I keep lifting as a habit to get out of it? Gum? Sunflower seeds?

sunflower seeds work well. it helped me quit.

i have the same problem as the guy who started this thread...i get cravings for dip...not chew...and i fufill them with an average of 2 lips a day...im scared about cancer

I've been dipping for about 3 years. I'll go like a month without a lip, and then I'll binge dip a week, and etc. I'd say I average about 5 lips a month. It's not horrible, but I gotta get to a dentist too.

How about this....any time you dip and you come back here and post that you relapsed. I'll do the same thing, maybe we can kick it together. Or PM if you want....

i dont really drink now that im training so hard...so when my friends drink i throw a lip in for an hour and resist the urge lol
