I love the huge quantities of content on BB.com, but some of the articles are more "quantity" than quality. I think Will is probably so damn busy keeping up with the insane growth of BB.com that he can't review some of them. Check this one out:

However to learn more I started to read about dieting, nutrition, and workout programs. Then I found the Bodybuilding.com web site. This certainly helped but the part that really got me going was my mind.
Quote:
For the first 5 days I was drinking only water (no food whatsoever), then 1 yogurt in the morning, 1 fruit for lunch and 5-6 slices of turkey at 6pm. After 2 months I started eating salads, chicken, turkey, fish. I totally eliminated carbs, sugar and was staying around 500-1000 calories a day.
lol...."I found Bodybuilding.com, and it taught me all about how to starve myself"

I think they do. But with all that quantity comes a lot of quality too. Layne Norton comes to mind:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/layne.htm

Also, check out how well BB.com is doing on ALEXA:

http://www.alexa.com/data/details/tr...dybuilding.com

It's in the top 2,000 of sites online. Obviously it will keep growing and growing and growing...

Gotta give him credit for doing that, although he doesn't actually know what he is doing. Don't eat nothing and training only 1 bodypart for an hour and 15 minutes

Reminds me of Stallone's lifestyle when he slimmed down for Rocky 3 and then ad muscle pound by pound. Sly lived on 7 eggwhites a day, while running, sparring, lifting weights and swimming. Talk about determination...
